3M DP8005 Scotch-Weld is a two-part acrylic-based structural adhesive designed specifically for bonding low surface energy plastics, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and TPOs, without requiring special surface preparation. This adhesive is ideal for replacing screws, rivets, and plastic welding in a wide range of applications, including automotive, electronics, and transportation. With its 10:1 mix ratio and 3-minute work life, 3M DP8005 Black provides fast, reliable bonding, even for challenging environments.

3M DP8005 Black offers excellent resistance to water, humidity, and chemicals, making it suitable for multi-material assemblies. The adhesive contains glass beads for bond line thickness control, ensuring consistent performance.
