Our story today centers around a small boat accessory supplier in South Florida that does everything from bench seating to center consoles. As a family-run business, they rely on their good reputation in the marine industry to keep them afloat. They also run a tight ship and cannot afford to waste money. More than once, they have run into problems with the Plexus MA590 adhesive being close to its expiration date as soon as it arrives. The testing met their requirements, and the alternative product worked great for their application. That, the lower price, and the promise to always ship fresh product (we don’t understand why this wouldn’t be the case), had them jumping for joy. Now they were able to save money on the initial price of the product, decrease their amount of wasted product, and stop worrying.
