Shipping Information

Gluegun.com stocks a large selection of products and we strive to ship all orders on the day they are received. Sometimes, due to manufacturer inventory shortages and ‘built-to-order’ specialty products, lead times can be longer. We will always do our best to give you accurate and up-to-date shipping information and lead times. 

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS or USPS for the majority of our orders. On large orders, we can ship via freight to reduce shipping costs and lead times.

If you would like to ship using your UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL account, you may enter your account number just before checkout or call 855-437-7700 to place your order.

Shipping Cost

Standard carrier rates apply. No additional fees.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Shipping Time

We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours. Sometimes due to manufacturer’s back order, orders can be delayed. If this happens, we always do our best to communicate accurate and up-to-date lead times. 

UPS Next Day - Delivered next business day after leaving the warehouse

UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivered within 2 business days after leaving the warehouse

UPS Ground - Delivered 5-6 business days after leaving the warehouse 

USPS Priority Express - Delivered next day after leaving the warehouse

USPS Priority - Delivered 1-3 business days after leaving the warehouse

Tracking

Customers will receive an invoice including a tracking number after an order has been shipped to track estimated delivery dates.

Restrictions

We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. International shipping is possible, but please see below.

We cannot ship to PO box addresses, so please have a business or residence address available.

International Shipping

Worldwide shipments are available at checkout. Due to international shipping regulations, some items may not be able to ship internationally. In that case, we will contact you for additional details.

International orders may require a wire transfer for full payment prior to products being shipped.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes that may be charged upon the shipment's arrival in their country.

Special Requests

Please note that special requests, such as certificates of conformance (CoC), must be requested when the order is placed. We cannot accommodate special requests after an order has shipped.
