The 3M 62-9680-9732-9 EC Handle & Controller Repair Kit includes circuit board, RH handle assembly, LH handle assembly, e-ring, en clip, handle screws (6), spring, trigger pin, heat block inserts.  After trouble shooting and checking a few other options first like the heater/TCO/switch assembly, the thermistor and the power cord, if they all check out then order 3M 62-9680-9732-9.   The 3M 62-9680-9732-9 EC Handle & Controller Repair Kit will replace the temperature controlling circuit and fix your heating problem.
