Loctite AA H8600 is a two-component, medium-viscosity methacrylate adhesive designed specifically for galvanized steel bonding applications. Supplied as separate Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener) in bulk 5-gallon pails, it features a 2:1 mix ratio for reliable and consistent performance. This toughened adhesive cures rapidly at room temperature and maintains high strength at elevated temperatures up to 248°F (120°C). With 0.13 mm (5 mil) glass beads for precise bond line control, it delivers excellent impact and peel strength. Ideal for light-gauge steel walls, trusses, headers, and more, it applies easily to horizontal or vertical surfaces with little to no surface preparation.
