The Nordson TAH 160-824 (new part # 7700904) is one of our most popular static mixing nozzles with 24 mixing elements and a 9.30 mm element diameter (.366 in). This glue mixer has a stepped tip giving users the ability to cut the nozzle end to adjust the bead dispensing size.
The 160 static mixing nozzle is unique in that materials do not meet in the manifold before the mixer, eliminating the problem of manifold plugging and cleaning. Instead, the 160-824 mixer has valve manifolds that separately port the A and B materials directly into the mixer making the cleanup process a simple nozzle removal and manifold wipe.
