About the Sulzer Mixpac MBQX Disposable Static Mixer
The B Series static mixers us a unique attachment system keeping each part of the two-part adhesive completely separate until they are mixed within the nozzle. This removes the possibility of cross contamination and greatly reduces plugged nozzles.
The MBQX nozzle is great for high viscosity adhesives and high pressure dispensing. The MBQX is a turbo mixer giving greater mixing in a shorter length allowign users to get closer to the substrates they are bonding.
The Sulzer MBQX quadro static mixers allow for optimal mixing between 4:1 and 10:1 two part epoxies, silicones, acrylics, urethanes and more.
The MBQX static mixer comes with a Luer Lock tip allowing for the use of many varieties and sizes of needles and tips for optimal dispensing. The MBQX Mixer is to be used with Sulzer B System components.
