Ad Tech HD350 Glue Gun Review
The HD 350 is in falls somewhere between one of our favorite 1/2" glue guns, Ad Tech's Pro 200 and our best selling 5/8" glue gun the MT500. The HD350 offers good performance but seems to get lost somewhere between light industrial and industrial applicators.
THE GOOD
- 4 finger trigger
- Power on light
- 8 ft. power cord
- 5 lbs/hr output
- Interchangeable nozzles
- Stable dual stand
THE BAD
- We are bummed that not all the temperature modules are included in the purchase price, but at the same time the standard temp works for majority of applications. Also, adjusting the temperature isn't as easy as comparably priced glue guns.
Gluegun.com Bottom Line
The HD350 doesn't have performance or a feature set that will blow you away but it is definitely a step up from an entry level glue gun. If the temperature modules were included we would probably give it an extra star, bumping it up to a 'Very Good' rating. Truth be told, we also offer great 1/2" glue gun alternatives to the HD 350.
Alternative Options
One of our favorites is Surebonder's PRO2-220, which has an adjustable thermostat, carrying case and the same output per hour. However, the HD 350 has a better heater that runs at 350 Watts so its got a bit more power.
