SCIGRIP SG5000-40 Acrylic Adhesive
SCIGRIP SG5000-40 Methacrylate Adhesive delivers high-strength bonding for metals, plastics, and composites. This two-component adhesive features a 1:1 mix ratio and bonds most metals, including steel and aluminum, without surface pretreatment. Available in amber and black, 50 mL and 400 mL cartridges, it offers a working time of 35 to 45 minutes and a fixture time of 55 to 65 minutes, making it ideal for large or complex assemblies. With excellent flow characteristics, minimal surface preparation, and exceptional chemical resistance, it ensures consistent performance across a wide range of structural bonding applications.
