Adhesive Downpacking & Cartridge Filling
From the construction to the automotive industry, some applications require hand-held applicators for more precision. Bulk packaging like drums and pails simply won’t do, but downpacking adhesive is no easy feat. It can also be a drain on a company’s time and resources. Instead of worrying about doing this yourself, we can do it for you.

Our Adhesive Downpacking & Cartridge Filling Services
Do not try to repack adhesive and fill glue cartridges on your own. We have trained staff and the latest equipment to repack PUR adhesive as well as two-part adhesives like epoxy for you. We downpack drums and pails into cartridges and two kilogram slugs for more precise applications. Filling everything by weight, we also inspect every shipment to ensure it meets the customer’s specifications.
We provide services for the following packaging types:
- 10-oz. aluminum cartridges
- 50-ml, 1:1 plastic cartridges
- Nested and straight sided 5-gal. steel pails
- Plastic 1-gal. and 1-liter bottles
- 10-oz. plastic caulk tubes
We also have a diverse collection of adhesive cartridges available for purchase from the top brands in the industry if needed.

The turnaround time will depend on your exact needs but will be outlined in the quote. In general, hot melt PUR of up to 6 drums or 20 pails has a lead time of 3 business weeks after receiving the purchase order and adhesive.
